Wiretap Investigations and Prosecutions
This one-day course explains the legal and investigative issues surrounding a wiretap. Students will be introduced to the initial process of preparing a wiretap affidavit, including both the legal requirements for seeking a wiretap and the practical investigative questions that must be addressed prior to obtaining judicial approval for a wiretap. The course will also explain the various issues that often occur during the course of a wiretap, as well as what steps must be taken at the close of the wiretap investigation to prepare the case for prosecution.

A city-owned parking structure is located across from CDAA with entrances on 10th and 11th Streets, between I and J Streets. The daily maximum charge is $25 (rates subject to change). Super Shuttle roundtrip between the Sacramento International Airport and Downtown Sacramento is approximately $29.00.
