This training will focus on the new laws with DUID and cannabis. This is a team training environment for law enforcement and prosecutors.  This seminar is funded by CDAA General Fund.

Topics & Agenda

DRE Investigatory Process:  Overview of DRE Training & 12 Step Process, Observable signs of impairment, Eye and Pupil sizes, Marijuana Basics (Sativa/Indicia/Hybrids), 
Recent THC concentrations vs. "your grandfather's THC), Onset & Duration, Residual Effects, SFST Clues/ Correlation Studies/Divided Attention, Successful Prosecution Model

The tentative agenda will be available soon.

This training will start at 10am and conclude at 3:00pm.  A FULL catered lunch is included in your tuition.

MCLE Hours

This seminar is certified for 4 hours of general MCLE credit (Subject to final agenda.)

The CDAA Training Center is located at 921 11th Street, Suite 300 in downtown Sacramento. Parking/Shuttle Information

Self-parking near CDAA is located in the parking garage across the street, between J and I Streets, on 11th Street. Super Shuttle roundtrip between the Sacramento International Airport and Downtown Sacramento is approximately $29.00.
 

Tuition & Cancellation

Cancellations must be received in writing by April 10, 2018 to avoid the $49 cancellation fee.
