Great Expectations Leadership Seminar
This two-day seminar is designed for prosecutors and law enforcement in leadership or those who aspire to be. Topics include: Power & Influence Inside and Outside the Office, Managing Difficult Conversations, Speaking Truth to Power, Building a High Performance Culture, Labor Issues (Past Practices and Changing Policies), Professionalism, and many more! (Including Two (2) Hours of Ethics) Registration includes a complimentary Meet & Greet Reception on Monday evening, Continental Breakfasts (2 days), Lunch (1 day), and Dinner (1 night). CDAA will be hosting a DA Roundtable, Monday, March 9, 2020, from 12:00-5:00 pm, in conjunction with this conference. (Attendance at the DA Roundtable is limited to District Attorneys. Lunch will be provided for Roundtable participants.)

Parking and Shuttle
Getting to Temecula Valley in the Southern California Wine Country is easy. Temecula Valley is located off the I-15 freeway approximately 60 minutes north of San Diego and 90 minutes south of Los Angeles. There are four major airports (San Diego, Los Angeles, Ontario and Orange County) within 1.5 hours, as well as two local airfields. Ontario Airport is the closest; it is approximately 45 minutes from the Ponte Vineyard Inn.
