Advanced Search Warrants Team Training
This one-day workshop will benefit prosecutors and law enforcement officers of intermediate to advanced levels. Participants will learn how to draft search warrants and address the various issues that arise relating to the drafting and use of search warrants in criminal investigations. Special emphasis will be given to CalECPA and search warrants digital evidence.
