Sexually Violent Predator Seminar
This three-day seminar is designed for intermediate to advanced level prosecutors handling Sexually Violent Predator trials. Participants will be taken through the entire SVP trial process from motions in limine through closing argument using one specific case scenario. This comprehensive training will include a focus on direct and cross-examination of expert witnesses and address the evidentiary challenges currently faced in trying SVP petitions.
