2019 Summer Conference
The 2019 Summer Conference will be held at the Westin Carlsbad. Join your colleagues from around the state for committee meetings, general sessions, roundtables, and networking. The Westin is less than a five-minute shuttle ride to Legoland and the beautiful beaches of Carlsbad, and provides a relaxing refuge from a busy day of conference activities.

CDAA's room block at the Westin Carlsbad Resort & Spa is intended for Summer Conference Registrants and active CDAA committee members.

Parking Information

The $12 per day Self-Parking Fee has been waived for our CDAA Conference overnight guests. Valet Parking Fee is $18 per day.

$1,045 Vendor Registration includes vendor space adjacent to CDAA’s registration desk, as well as admission for two (2) vendor attendees. Additional event(s) tickets (listed below) can be purchased through Erin Martinelli.

• Complimentary Continental Breakfast & Gourmet Afternoon Breaks (Tuesday-Thursday)
• Complimentary Registration for Thursday Award & Installation Reception only. Vendors who wish to attend the Awards Dinner are welcome to attend; the registration fee is $175.00.

Additional drink tickets for the Award & Installation Reception can be purchased by vendors for $15 per ticket for beer, wine, house-brand cocktail.

All registrants should note that cancellations must be received in writing by June 24, 2019 to avoid the $125 cancellation fee.
