This conference is designed for elected district attorneys and chief deputy district attorneys from small, rural counties. The seminar focuses on the unique issues faced in rural counties.

Yosemite Rush Creek Lodge is located at 34001 Highway 120 in Groveland, CA. Rush Creek Lodge provides a relaxed, yet sophisticated experience in a hillside woodland setting at the Highway 120 West entrance to Yosemite National Park.

Contracted room rates for the Lodge King Rooms do not include 10.2% County Lodging Tax. Contracted rates will be extended to guests for (2) two days prior and (2) days following the event. Additional lodging may be added to the Group Block at the contracted rates. (Based on availability) The Rush Creek Lodge does not guarantee specific rooms or villas; however, the Lodge will make every effort to honor special requests when it can, based on the inventory availability.
Parking is complimentary. Airport shuttle services upon request with room stay for a $50 per-person charge (one way).
Tuition for this seminar is as follows:
$209 - Early Registration if received by July 24, 2019
$249 - Regular Registration if received by September 9, 2019
$299 - Late Registration if received after September 9, 2019
Cancellations must be received in writing by October 16, 2019 to avoid the $75 administrative cancellation fee.
