Seeing Your Way Through a CPRA
California District Attorney’s Offices are experiencing a rapid uptick in requests under the California Public Records Act (CPRA).  Through real-life examples, this webinar will explore what classifies as a public record, the typical types of requests received by DA’s Offices, how to conduct a due diligence search for records, responding to a request, the many exemptions available to DA’s Offices, providing records (including the use of appropriate redactions), and practical strategies/approaches.
