New Prosecutors Academy
This four day program is designed to cover issues relevant to newer prosecutors. Instruction will be focused on preparing cases for trial, as well as subject-specific issues most new prosecutors face. This seminar will include a full day of instruction in prosecuting domestic violence misdemeanors, as well as a half-day of instruction in prosecuting DUI.
*This program is part of the CDAA Core Curriculum*
This seminar compliments the Trial Advocacy Skills Workshop, although neither is a prerequisite for the other.

This seminar is certified for 17 hours of general, 4 hours of ethics and 1 hour of competence MCLE credit. (Actual credit will depend upon the final agenda.)

Parking and Shuttle
Seminar attendees will have a discounted overnight self-parking rate of $10 per day. The Monterey Airport (MRY) is only about 10 minutes from the seminar site, but has limited flight options. The San Jose Airport (SJC) is roughly 45 minutes to the seminar site without traffic.
