Using Anatomical Models as Demonstrative Evidence Webinar

Using Anatomical Models as Demonstrative Evidence Webinar
Are you intrigued by CDAA's Anatomical Model Lending Library but not sure why or how you should use the models?

Medical Demonstrative Evidence helps prosecutors and their expert witnesses to effectively communicate medical information. Studies show no matter how good an attorney or their expert witness is at talking about medical issues, using a visual aid significantly increases understanding by the jury and more clearly conveys the facts of your case.

Join CDAA’s Amanda Martin and Dr. William Green, along with a panel of prosecutor colleagues who have used anatomical models in their criminal cases, for a webinar to discuss the benefits of using anatomical models.

Topics will span from how to choose an anatomical model through using it with your witnesses in court. California law on use of demonstrative evidence will be reviewed along with a mock direct and cross examination with a medical expert witness using an anatomical model.

This webinar is funded by a grant from the Governor's Office of Emergency Services.
