National Elder & Dependent Adult Abuse Symposium
#ACTNowforElderJustice This 3 1/2 day seminar is designed for prosecutors, investigators, law enforcement, adult protective services administrators and case workers, state and local agency personnel, medical professionals, coroners/medical examiners, and victim witness advocates (who work with a district attorney office). The symposium will provide information on how to identify, investigate, and prosecute cases involving elder and dependent adult abuse. While serving as an introduction to those new in the field, this symposium will also address the latest issues and techniques in elder abuse prosecution. This seminar is funded by CDAA General Fund.

The Hyatt Regency Orange County is located at 11999 Harbor Boulevard in Garden Grove (within walking distance to the Anaheim Resort area). To receive the special CDAA room rate of $153 single/double occupancy (plus hotel tax), call the hotel at (714) 750-1234 and mention CDAA. Although the cut-off date for hotel reservations is April 1, 2020, make your reservation as soon as possible as rooms may sell out before the deadline. Please note that the hotel has a 48-hour cancellation policy.
Parking and Shuttle
SuperShuttle (800) 258-3826; A Prompt Shuttle/Prompt Shuttle (714) 715-9615. The SuperShuttle round trip fare between the John Wayne/Orange County Airport (SNA) and the hotel is approximately $20 each way. The Hyatt Regency Orange County offers self and valet parking options. Self-parking is contracted at $20.00 per car/per day and you will need to stamp validate at the machine near our seminar. Please inquire at the front desk regarding the in-and-out privileges costs/information. The self-parking lot is secure and monitored 24 hours/day by hotel security and surveillance cameras. Valet parking is $24 per day.
