Sacramento Valley Domestic Violence & Strangulation Summit
This collaborative two-day training offers general session and specialized breakouts for Prosecutors, Physicians, Nurses, Law Enforcement Officers, Victim Advocates, Social Workers/Therapists, Fire Fighters, Paramedics/EMT's, and 911 Dispatchers. This training is co-sponsored by the Training Institute on Strangulation Prevention, WEAVE, Sacramento Family Justice Center, Yolo County District Attorney's Office, the Sacramento District Attorney's Office, and the California District Attorneys Association/California Clinical Forensic Medical Training Center. Registration priority will be given to registrants from Sacramento, Yolo, Yuba, Placer, Nevada, El Dorado, Sutter, and San Joaquin Counties.
