Criminal Discovery Seminar
The discovery seminar, which features some of the most awarded presenters in the State, is a comprehensive overview of a prosecutor’s constitutional, statutory, and ethical discovery obligations. Experienced prosecutors will be discussing the difficult, recurring, and cutting edge discovery issues that eventually pop up in every office. Among the topics covered: seeking and handling privileged and protected records; Brady Banks; the loss or destruction of evidence; reciprocal discovery; and fending off accusations of discovery violations. This seminar is funded by a grant from the Governor's Office of Emergency Services.
