The law of Brady and its various implications could constitute an entire course of study.  In this webinar, experts will give an overview of hot topics in the world of Brady/Discovery, including an update on the ALADS case, the potential impact of SB 1421 and its amendment to PC 832.7, the heightened focus on informants, and Brady as it applies to human trafficking, sexual assault, and domestic violence cases.
