Basic Asset Forfeiture South
This course, which provides compliance with Health & Safety Code Section 11469 et seq. continual training, will enhance and update investigation, prosecution and administrative skills for personnel responsible for asset forfeiture litigation. Tuition is $79 for (SUBSIDIZED) CDAA registrants from local and state agencies participating in CDAA's Asset Forfeiture Training Program under H&S Code Section 11489(D).
The NON-SUBSIDIZED tuition rate for other members of the law enforcement community is $199. If you are unsure if your county is subsidized or non-subsidized
