This course, which provides compliance with Health & Safety Code Section 11469 et seq. continual training, will enhance and update investigation, prosecution and administrative skills for personnel responsible for asset forfeiture litigation. A portion of the cost for this training was made possible by funds received under Health & Safety Code Section 11489(D).

This seminar is certified for 9.5 hours of MCLE credit, including 1 hours of Ethics credit. (Actual credit will depend upon the final agenda.)  This course is not P.O.S.T. certified.

The cut-off date is August 12, 2019.  Please note any individual that cancels within 5 DAYS OF ARRIVAL or NO SHOWS will be billed one night's suite and tax. Special rate Valet parking is $15 per night.


Tuition is $49 for (SUBSIDIZED) CDAA registrants from local and state agencies participating in CDAA's Asset Forfeiture Training Program under H&S Code Section 11489(D).
