This course offers annual legal updates and advanced topics of interest to investigators and prosecutors who are active in the asset forfeiture field. This training provides compliance with Health & Safety Code Section 11469 et seq. This training was made possible by funds received under Health & Safety Code Section 11489(D)

MCLE Credit

This seminar is certified for 10 hours of General MCLE credit, including 1.5 hours of Ethics credit. (Actual credit will depend upon the final agenda.)

Location

The Monterey Conference Center is located at One Portola Plaza in Monterey.  

Hotel: Rooms are reserved at the HOTEL PACIFIC located at 300 Pacific Street in Monterey. For reservations, please call 1-831-373-5700 and mention the "CDAA Annual Asset Forfeiture Seminar" in order to receive the discounted group rate of $125 per night. Although the cut-off date for hotel reservations is April 29, 2019, make your reservation as soon as possible as rooms may sell out before the deadline. Please note, if guest departs early from scheduled departure date, a charge of one's night's room and tax will be assessed.

Tuition

Tuition is $125 for (SUBSIDIZED) registrants from state and local agencies participating in CDAA's Asset Forfeiture Training Program under Health & Safety Code Section 11489 (D).  The NON-SUBSIDIZED tuition rate for other members of the law enforcement community including all federal and out-of-state participants, is $225. If you are unsure if your county is subsidized or non-subsidized CLICK HERE.
NOTE: In order for you to receive an accurate tuition rate, your county/jurisdiction must be included in your cdaa.org profile. We recommend that you check your profile prior to registering for this training.

All registrants should note that cancellations must be received in writing by April 29, 2019 to avoid the cancellation fee of $49.
