Annual Asset Forfeiture Course
This course offers annual legal updates and advanced topics of interest to investigators and prosecutors who are active in the asset forfeiture field. This training provides compliance with Health & Safety Code Section 11469 et seq. This training was made possible by funds received under Health & Safety Code Section 11489(D)

Tuition is $125 for (SUBSIDIZED) registrants from state and local agencies participating in CDAA's Asset Forfeiture Training Program under Health & Safety Code Section 11489 (D). The NON-SUBSIDIZED tuition rate for other members of the law enforcement community including all federal and out-of-state participants, is $225. Must be received in writing by April 30, 2018, to avoid the $49 administrative cancellation fee.
